Claudia’s Bakery – Handmade Sourdough Breads & Bakes

At Claudia’s Bakery, every loaf is baked with care, using traditional sourdough methods and natural ingredients. My breads are slow-fermented for at least 12 hours, which gives them their unique flavour, light texture, and makes them easier to digest – perfect for those who struggle with yeast.

We use flour Grown in the UK

Alongside classic sourdough, I create a variety of speciality breads and sweet bakes, including focaccia, cinnamon rolls, and Chelsea buns – all made fresh to order.
