Avondale Nursery and The Library Garden is a family-run business situated just outside Coventry . Here you will find rare and unusual perennial plants from spring until autumn, with extensive collections of Geum, Geranium, Crocosmia, Agapanthus, Salvia and Helenium.
Plants on your wish list can be seen growing in our Library Garden when you visit. We’re happy to reserve plants for collection, and we also offer a limited mail order service on selected plants.

The Library Garden
Named because visitors often use our display garden like a reference book, as all of our plants are clearly labelled. Although small, the garden is packed full of perennials, with areas planted up for both sun and shade, encompassing all the seasons from late winter through to autumn. Many of the plants available to buy in the nursery are propagated from these stock plants. Entrance to the garden is free during our normal opening hours.
